Weeks away from a General Election, with the Tories poll lead narrowing, what the f*** is Alistair Darling playing at? It seems he was shoddily treated; but he should have it out with Brown face-to-face behind closed doors instead of gifting Cameron a PMQ easy hit. What a t***.

Bullingdons against bullying?

It looks as though we will, at PMQ's tomorrow, be treated to the spectacle of a Bullingdon veteran lecturing Gordon Brown on the iniquities of bullying. At least the good Lord has a sense of humour. Perhaps Brown should remind "Dave" that he sometimes loses his cool because he takes this stuff seriously, and doesn't regard it as a more amusing version of the Eton Wall Game.
