A "sense of entitlement"?
According to Boris Johnson an - unjustified - "endless sense of entitlement" is apparently one cause of the riots. Not something you'll find on the Tory front bench.

It is easier for people to come up with simplistic explanations for conditions in society which they choose not to address for one reason or another.
